No. The referral fee is paid between agents from the commission — you never pay extra for the connection.
What if I'm moving to a state where you don't have contacts?
Through HomeSmart's national network and platforms I work with, I can source agents in all 50 states. If I don't have a personal connection, I'll do the legwork to find someone who's the right fit for you.
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better — ideally 3 to 6 months before your move. That said, I've helped clients coordinate last-minute relocations too. Reach out whenever you are.
Can you help with rentals too?
Yes, I can connect you with agents who specialize in rental placement in your destination market, particularly useful for buyers who need a temporary landing spot.
What areas of California do you cover?
